Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – SCM (Foundry) Profile: The incumbent should be a graduate or post graduate in Metallurgy with 10 – 12 years of experience in Foundry. He should have worked in MNC environment and should be well adept at Foundry technology especially in Cast Iron and Steel. He should be well versed with latest trends and quality aspects. He should be well versed and experienced in handling a large team of service engineers and should possess in-depth and hands on knowledge of Machine break downs and trouble shooting. He should be a motivated team leader with ability to organize customer training programmes and should possess sound business acumen by way of spearheading the service department, increasing service revenue as an independent business vertical. He should have a pleasing personality, excellent communication skills and sound leadership qualities. Profile: The incumbent should be a Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics (preferred) from a recognized University with 10 to 15 years of experience in Customer Support related to Machine Tools. Deputy General Manager-Operation Location: Coimbatore
Responsibility: Makino is looking for Operations head for its new technology center in Coimbatore (Tamilnadu). The DGM -Operations will oversee the entire operations of Fixture Manufacturing / Assembly and machining of parts. He will be responsible for the export and domestic delivery of fixtures on time to the subsidiaries of Makino and its customers locally and globally. The position demands the incumbent to be Process Oriented with quality consciousness and ear for customer voice. Makino being a premium brand, candidate must have good appreciation to quality, housekeeping, Japanese manufacturing principles and philosophy. The Coimbatore Plant operates 6 days a week with Sunday as Weekly off.
Profile: The incumbent should be a graduate or post graduate in Mechanical Engineering with min 15 years of experience in Engineering Industry within the age group of 40-45 years. He should have worked In MNC environment. He should be well versed with latest trends and quality aspects. He should have updated knowledge in Fixtures and turnkey / tooled up solutions. Having exposure in machine tool Industry Is an added advantage. Candidates. who are residents of Coimbatore and are proficient in Local Language may be preferred.
