SALES MANAGER
(to take charge of RURAL DIVISION)
The incumbent should be B. Sc. / B. Pharm., Preferably M. B. A. in Marketing, having experience of 10-12 years in pharma industry, out of which, 3-4 years in a senior position.
The incumbent should be in the age group of 35-40 years with a proven track record of Business development. He needs to be analytical, have a relentless drive to achieve, what was thought, not possible.
He needs to lead and guide a team of professionals to penetrate into the rural sector, identifying & exploring the market for promotion of the Company’s products in rural markets. He needs to provide daily, weekly & monthly feed back to the Management in respect of Marketing activities, so as to expand our horizon, generating additional business for the growth of the Organization.
