Job Profile:

  • Submission of Marketing & Sales plans with budgets for the year.
  • Oversee preparation of unit & rupeevaluewise targets for the field staff; deciding on incentive schemes & computation of incentives due.
  • Achievement of the sales goals of the organization.
  • Identifying new market segments & launching new products therein.

  • Touring on a monthly basis.

Candidate’s Profile:

  • Science Graduate/B. Pharm. with MBA in Marketing.
  • 15-20 years experience in Pharma. Industry with 5 to 6 years in a senior Management position.

VP – FINANCE (1 Post)
Reporting to The Managing Director

Job Profile:

  • Responsible for Finalisation of Accounts & Audits – Statutory, Tax and Cost Audits.
  • Responsible for Budgets, Pricing, Costing and periodical reports to the Management.
  • All matters relating to Direct and Indirect Taxes.
  • Advising the Management on new Projects and its financial implications.
  • Responsible for Statutory compliance of the Companies Act, Taxation Laws and other related statutes.

Candidate’s Profile:

  • C.A. with MBA in Finance. The candidate having additional qualification of ICWA will be preferred.
  • Experience of 20-25 years, preferably in Pharma. Industry.
  • Age Group: 45-50 years.
