Experience of at least 5 years In a reputable school, preferably a boarding school having CBSE / IGCSE / AS and A Level Curriculum (wherever applicable) would be an advantage. FACULTY:-
PGT – Accounts / Economics / Business Studies / English / Hindi / Mathematics Teachers – The candidate should have a Post Graduate degree in the subject.
Junior School Teacher – A trained Graduate who can teach all subjects (except Hindi) at that level.
Student Counsellor – Candidates must be qualified with a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Guidance and Counselling).
Computer Teacher – The candidate should have a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application.
ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS:-
Administrative Manager – Candidates must be able to see to the execution of all administrative projects and day-to-day functioning of a residential school. The person must be able to monitor the departments of purchase, transport, repair and maintenance and housing.
Accounts Manager – The candidate must be a CA or at least an M.Com. with minimum 5 years experience. He must be capable of budgeting, planning of annual revenues/expenditure and leading a small team to ensure up-to-date daily closure of accounts. He should be capable of handling all matters related to taxation.
Secretary in the Principal’s Office – Should be a graduate with at least 4-5 years of experience in schools. The candidate must possess good communication skills in English (written and spoken) with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and typing skills, filing procedures, and able to liaise with others on behalf of the Principal.
Catering Manager – Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience of running independently a 500-seat dining hall/kitchen complex with stores, cold storage facilities etc., with an eye on planning / timely procurement, purchasing cycles & budgeting. He/She must know suppliers of kitchen materials/ appliances/crockery/cutlery etc., and have multi-cuisine experience.
Wardens / Matrons – Men and women, 35 to 45 years, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar capacity and fluent in English for different classes from 3 to 12.

SENIOR MASTER (EQUIVALENT TO VICE – PRINCIPAL) – The candidate (preferably male) should be over 40 years of age, with at least 12 – 15 years teaching experience, of which at least 4 years should have been at the Senior School Level.
Administrative experience in a CBSE school would be considered advantageous. The candidate is required to monitor and lead the academic and co-curricular programmes of the Middle and Senior School, and supervise the discipline and administrative work of these sections.
Fluency in English, good communication and inter-personal skills are essential.
PGT – ACCOUNTS / ECONOMICS / ENGLISH / CHEMISTRY / MATHEMATICS – The candidate should have a Post Graduate degree in the subject.
TGT (HISTORY, GEOGRAPHY) – The candidate should have a Graduate degree in the subject.
JUNIOR SCHOOL TEACHER – A trained Graduate with a B.Ed, degree who can teach all subjects (except Hindi) at that level.
H.O.D. (SPORTS) – The candidate (preferably male) should be an M.P.Ed, and able to coordinate and lead the entire sports programme in School which will include the daily games and activities, and planning for events like the Annual Sports Day.
SWIMMING COACH – The candidate should have an M.P.Ed / B.P.Ed degree with a minimum of 2 years’ coaching experience.
STUDENT COUNSELLOR – Candidates must have a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Guidance and Counselling) with 4-5 years of experience in counselling children.
WARDENS / MATRONS (for different levels from Classes 3 to 12) – Men and women between 35 and 45 years, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar capacity and fluent in English.
