Trainees – Business Development (25 Positions)
Expertise Required:
- Graduates / Post Graduates in any stream with 0-5 year exp, MBA freshers may also apply.

(II) Underwriter (US Mortgage)

(III) Process Trainers
Must have excellent communication skills, prior experience in training in a BPO/KPO
(IV) Manager – Process Improvement / Industrial Engineer (Six Sigma Certified)
Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine staff requirements, and production standards, maximize process reliability & minimize cost, Review production schedules, Develop methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
(V) Search Engine Optimizer (SEO) / Internet Researcher
Will be responsible for improving company’s search result, creates & launches SEO campaigns, identifies areas of improvement, improves the companies sites rankings in major search engines.
(VI) Technical / Content Writer
Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards with clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology. Maintain records and files of work and revisions. Select various articles, reviews to be posted on the site.
(VII) Recruitment Executives
Must have recruitment experience for a BPO/KPO, well versed with sourcing candidates from social media sites, job portals, head hunting etc. Must have excellent communication skills and ability to convince. Work Shift: 12:00pm to 8:00pm (Monday to Saturday).
Work Shift 6:00pm to 4:00am (Monday to Friday) for the positions from (I) to (VI).
