GMM Pfaudler Limited, a subsidiary of Pfaudler Inc. USA is a leading supplier of process equipment to the Chemical Process and allied industry. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of corrosion resistant Glass-lined Equipment, Agitated Nutsche Filter, Dryers, Wiped Film Evaporators, Mixing Systems, Heat Exchangers and Fabricated equipment of Alloy Steel and Fluoropolymers Product.
The Company require professional for following positions:
MANAGER (PRODUCTION – ALLOY) : The Candidate should be a B.E. (Mech.) with 10-15 years of experience in heading the Production activities of a fabrication engineering Company. He should be familiar with the fabrication of CS, High Alloy Steel and exotic metals. He should have knowledge on ASME codes, AD Markblatter and ISO 9001-2000 and documentation activities. He should have experience in Shop floor management, Process Control and Resource planning. He should have good communication skills and working knowledge of ERR
MANAGER (MARKETING) : The Candidate should be B.E. (Mech.) having 5-10 years of experience in Marketing of different Chemical Process Equipments such as Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchangers, Distillation Columns etc. and developing new markets including Export of custom built equipment.
MANAGER – Q.A. : The Candidate should be a B.E. (Mech.) with 8-10 years of experience in heading the Q.A. activities of a fabrication engineering company. He should be familiar with the fabrication of CS, High Alloy Steel and exotic metals. He should have knowledge on ASME codes, AD Markblatter and ISO 9001-2000 and documentation activities. Experience on ASME “U” Stamp equipment would be an added advantage. He should have experience in dealing with third party inspection agencies, good communication skills and working knowledge of ERR
MANAGER – DESIGN : The candidates should be B.E./M.E. (Mech.) with 8-10 years of experience in Design of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Agitators etc. He should be familiar with international Design Codes like ASME, DIN, TEMA, ADM, IS etc. Experience on ASME “U” Stamp equipment would be an added advantage. He should have good knowledge of mechanical engineering design packages and effective man management, Good communication skills & working knowledge of ERR
ASSISTANT MANAGER (PROCUREMENT) : The Candidate should be B.E. (Mech.) having more than 5 years experience in manufacturing unit dealing with Sub contractors. He should be having experience in vendor development & Procurement of fabricated & Machining components. He should have working knowledge of ERR
IN CHARGE (MACHINE SHOP) : The Candidate should be B.E. – (Mech.) having 5-8 years experience or DME with 7-10 years experience in Machine Shop. He should be exposed to CNC, Lath M/C, Horizontal & Vertical Boring M/C, Shaping, and Drilling & Turning Machine.
DESIGN ENGINEER : The Candidate should be First Class B.E. (Mech.) having 4-5 years of experience in Design of Pressure Vessels and/or rotating equipment. He should be well conversant with AutoCAD and international codes. The candidate should have leadership quality and have worked on package systems consisting static equipment, piping and rotating Machinery.
SAFETY OFFICER : The Candidate should be DME with Diploma / Degree in Industrial Safety having More than 5 years experience in Engineering Industries. He should identify and implement all Industrial Safety requirements and can impart safety training & awareness. Ex-Serviceman candidate with experience in this area will also be considered.
