SR.MANAGER / MANAGER OPERATIONS – GURGAON
B.E/B.Tech , specialisation in Mech./Elect. stream with Post Grad. Degree in Business Management, specialisation in Finance, Manufacturing or Operations, age 35-40 years with 10-15 years experience in Electromechanical Equipment Manufacturing & Sheet Metal Fabrication etc. Responsible for overall plant operations, budgeting and cost control, implementation of best processes. Inspirational leadership, effective supervision and employee engagement skills will be preferred.

Knowledge of ERP, Six Sigma, Lean, 5S will be an added advantage.

Will be responsible for achieving the targets through Regional Managers. We are looking for a leader to inspire and motivate the team and grow at a pace 20% over the industry standard.

MANAGER/SR. MANAGER-ENGINEERING
BE in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation . age 32 – 37 yrs with 10-15 yrs of experience in Product Design & Development, Up-gradation and Product Testing. Exposure in HVAC / Compressed Air industry will be an advantage. Candidate with good analytical skills is a must.

AVP/SR. MANAGER– OPERATIONS
B.E./B. Tech, specialization in Mech/Elect. Manufacturing or Operations, age 32-37 years with 10-15 years experience in Electromechanical Equipment Manufacturing & Fabrication etc. Responsible for overall plant operations. Experience of Budgeting & Cost Control, ERP, Production Processes, Quality Systems, Store, Shipping and Plant IR related requirements.

National Sales Manager, Gurgaon

Responsibility: Incumbent will be accountable for;

  • National/International Sales of Compressed Air/Gas Drying & Filtration products.
  • Identification, developing and expanding new business opportunities in the field of Air/Gas Drying & Filtration.
  • For growth of post Sales business of Delair,
  • Implement Marketing. Sales & distribution strategies in India as well as South Asia Market.
