Essential : 1 Minimum second class Master’s Degree from a recognized University / Institution or equivalent. 2. Seven years experience in a supervisory capacity, preferably in the field of education or social science 3. Working knowledge in Tamil.
Desirable: 1: Experience in Jan Shikshan Sansthan. 2. Experience in planning, organizing and conducting vocational training programmes for the urban, rural and Tribal poor. 3. Experience in working / with collaborative Department / Institutions / organisations. 4. Experience in conducting life enrichment Education programmes / life skills. 5. Experience in leading a team.
Age: Not exceeding 55 years as on the date of application. There shall be no minimum age.
Emoluments : Rs : 25,000 to 35,000 (consolidated all inclusive)
Contract : Appointment on contact basis for a period not exceeding 5 years out of which the first year will be the probation period. Term can be extended for a further period ot 5 years on expiry of first tenure of 5 years based on the performance but notbeyond the age of 60 years.
Outstation candidates called for interview will be reimbursed second AC train fare on production of railway ticket (to & from).
