FACTORY MANAGER – ADMINISTRATION
LOCATION: POSITION AT MADHAVARAM
The incumbent will be responsible for overall Factory Management (IR, HR, Production). He should be an MBA, a good team leader and should have good communication skills, with around 15 yrs. exp. Age: Around 40 years.
SENIOR MANAGER – HR
LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE – CHENNAI
He should be an MBA with Diploma in Personnel Management with 15-20 yrs. exp. Legally qualified person preferred. Should possess sound knowledge in Labour laws, Statutory & General Administration. Should have Excellent Man Management and Communication skills. Should be able to handle labour oriented units and liaison with Government Officials. Age: 40 -45 years.
