For their new joint Venture in Sanaswadi (Pune) we require hardworking & knowledgeable people with experience in Exhaust Systems manufacturing for OEM
Plant Head / General Manager– Operations: DME/ BE Mech. With 16-20 years’ experience Candidate should have knowledge of Operation Quality , Maintenance , SCM & Production Planning. Responsible for Production & Operations. Overall operation of the unit having sheet metal stamping, Assembly processes, & Weld shop supported. Should have good experience in sheet metal parts Production, Maintenance, Quality, Purchase, New product development & Engineering. Strong on systems, and familiar with ERP. Works directly with department heads to coordinate purchasing, production, quality and store operations. Duties include instituting policies and procedures, training supervisors and administrators, maintaining a production schedule, giving performance reviews and motivating staff to meet production goals.
Manager/General Manager Q.A: BE Mech. /DME With 12-15 years exp. In Engineering industry, handling a team of 15-20 engineers, with good knowledge of process control in sheet metal, welding, surface treatments etc. Knowledge of Stamping, Welding, Pipe Bending Operations. Skills required – Leadership, Manpower Handling & Communication. To Implement & coordinate effective QMS activities in organization as per Management expectations To update existing Quality Plans, Quality System Procedures (QSPs).Work lnstructions(WI),Formats etc. To implement Kaizen/5 S/Q Level/TQM/ 7 QC Tools/ Q-Circle. Assuring compliance of products with respect to International and National standards.
Chartered Accountant: Require a well-qualified, young and dynamic Chartered Accountant having experience of 5-7 years with a focus on Financial Management. He/she should be familiar with Income Tax, Central Excise, Customs, FEMA rules and the Companies Act. Clear, logical thinking and an ability to handle people would be an advantage. Additional qualification as a Chartered Secretary (CS) and / or as a Cost Accountant (ICWA) would be preferred. The person would handle all the Companies in the Group and would be based in Pune.
Production Head / Manager: BE (Mech./Production)/DME with 12-15 years relevant experience in Exhaust Industry with good knowledge of process control in sheet metal, welding, surface treatments etc. Overseeing production related tasks including planning, control, maintenance & trouble shooting. Setting up production targets and achieve the same within time and cost parameters. Manpower Handling Executing cost saving techniques
Sr.Enqineer (Quality Assurance): BE /DME with 4-6 year relevant exp. In QA Dep. Knowledge of Stamping, Welding, Pipe Bending Operations. Able to handle QA related issues independently at customer end and exp. In TS-16949 & prepare quality related documents PPAP / 8D / Presentation. Should have good experience of using measuring instruments like Trimos, Faro arm, Vernier, Height Gauge, Roughness Tester, Air Bore Gauge etc.
Sr. Engineer (Product Costing & Development): be Mech. / dme with 04 to 06 years’ experience. First hand experience using Software – CATIA/ PRO-E / Auto CAD / MS Office. Sound knowledge of processes used in Sheet Metal, Tubular Parts, Welding. Expert in nesting for Sheet Metal Parts. Expert in costing for Sheet Metal Parts, Tubular Parts & Welded Parts. Sound knowledge of Tool Costing. Sound knowledge about manufacturing feasibility for new RFQ. Knowledge of Tool, Die, Welding Fixtures, Inspection Fixtures. Good knowledge of GD &T
DESIGN ENGINEER : BE / DME with 2 to 5 years of Design Experience. Candidate should have Experience in designing & detailing ( drawing creation of inner part) of Exhaust system /Steering Columns . Good Knowledge and capability to work on 3D CAD environment ( CATIA/ ProE Wild fire). Good Knowledge and understanding of GD&T. Good Knowledge on NPD, Product Sustenance processes and relevant engineering release processes. Exposure to PLM\PDM systems. Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skill. Sheet metal & Tubular parts tooling knowledge would be an added advantage
SALARY & POSITION WILL BE COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE & SKILL
