Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager – Biologics/ Vaccine
Quality Control – Protein analytics / Bio-assay / Microbiology / Physico chemical / RM-PM: M.Sc.. / B.Sc.(Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Chemistry) with 2 to 8 years of hands-on experience of handling equipments and tests such as HPLC / UPLC, CZE, UV spectrophotometer. SOS-PAGE, IEF, RT-PCR, ELISA, bio-assay, microbial identification, microbiological testing of material / products, sterility testing, BET, environmental monitoring of clean room, RM / PM, handling stability studies, animal handling & testing (DPT vaccines), cell culture handling & testing.
Quality Assurance: M.Sc. (Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry), B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 2 to 8 years of hands-on experience of IPQA activities, line clearance procedures and practices, aseptic area practices, cell banking / seed lot system procedures, reviewing of batch manufacturing records, handling of qualification / validation activity, change control, deviation, investigation, CAPA, QMS, self inspection, vendor qualification activities and awareness of cell banking / seed lot system procedures. Those with experience of working in a sterile inject able manufacturing facility / vaccine / biological will be preferred.

Manufacturing (Downstream Process) / (Upstream Process): M.Sc.. Biotechnology, M.Tech. / B.Tech.with Biotechnology with 2 to 8 years of hands-on experience of handling equipment’s such as chromatography systems, ultra filtration systems, bioreactor, disc stack centrifugation, filtration techniques and knowledge of GMP documentation.
Production (Fill & Finish): M.Sc. Biotech / B.Pharm/ M.Pharm /B.E. (Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation) with 2 to 10 years of experience in formulation & filling. Should be able to handle PFS / cartridges / lyo vial / liquid vial- filling line, have hands-on experience in manufacturing of recombinant proteins, filling, lyophilization, packaging and dispatch and knowledge of QMS – GMP documentation. Must have sound knowledge of recombinant proteins, filling, lyophilization, packaging and dispatch and knowledge of QMS – GMP documentation. Must have sound knowledge of HMI / SCAOA / PLC / mechanical trouble shooting / able to run automated / robotic arm high-speed machine. Must be aware of aseptic area operation and handling of automated washer / filler / denester / inspection machine/ labeller / blister / cartonator.

For all the positions, candidates should also have sound knowledge of the biological processes and cGMP documentation and must be familiar with cGMP requirements. Fluency in speaking Hindi and English is mandatory.
