Post Name: Sous Chef
(10-12 years of experience)- Hotel Management Graduate, Multi skilled Resource capable of handling operation -Coffee Shop . Banquets, Assist Executive Chef in running smooth operation and handle operation in his absence. (Age 30 to 40 years)
Post Name: Indian Chef De Cuisine
Experienced resource with in-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine (Minimum 10-15 years of experience)
Post Name: Indian Banquet CDP
(12-15 years of experience) Well-versed with high volume banqueting
Post Name: Tandoor – Commis ll (Minimum 05-07 years of experience)
Post Name: F/B Support in Charge/ Executive (Kitchen Stewarding)
Should be well-versed with Food Safety Standards and norms. Inventory management and other aspects.

B.Com/M.Com with Inter CA/ICWA/MBA -5 to 10 years exp. to be well -versed with Finalization of Corporate Balance Sheet, Day to day accounting, Taxation, MIS, Statutory compliance, various licences, financial softwares, tax assessments, purchase procedures, inventory management, creditors/ debtors controls (Age 30 to 40 years)
