Ultra Engineers seeking for Operations Officer, Managers and Metallurgist

Post Name: Chief Operations Officer
Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical) / Equivalent with MBA (Operations).
Experience: 20 to 25 years with sound Technical knowledge of precision machining (VMCI / HMC) and fabrication, Must be a leader and achiever with commitment and excellent management abilities. Must possess good exposure to lean manufacturing. (Location: Chakan)
Post Name: Senior General Manager -Human Resources
Qualification: MBA/MPM.
Experience:15 to 20 years, in talent management, strategic HRM, policy making and its implementation. Having sound knowledge of career planning, labour laws and statutory Compliances. Should have independently handled long term wage settlement. An exemplary liaison skill with govt, authorities and local bodies is must (Location: Chakan).
Post Name: General Manager – Purchase
Qualification: B.E.(Mechanical) /Equivalent with Degree/Diploma in Material Management.
Experience: 15 to 20 years, of procurement in heavy engineering / fabrication Industry of raw materials like steel plates. Forgings, round bars of different grades etc. from domestic! Market or imports. Knowledge of ERP is essential. (Location: Bhosari).
Post Name: Assistant General Manager Marketing and Business Development
Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical) /Equivalent with MBA (Marketing).
Experience:10 to 15 Years. in Marketing and Business Development of Fabrication. Capable of generating Leads and finalizing Orders. Must have proven track record, excellent communication and leadership skills. Hands on engineering manufacturing knowledge with expertise in reading technical drawings, (Location: Bhosari)
Post Name: Metallurgist
Qualification: Diploma Degree in Metallurgy.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of working in steel /fabrication plant. Expert Knowledge of different grades of steel and heat treatment of steel is essential.(Location: Bhosari)
