Job Responsibility:
Inbound Process:
The selected candidates will be extensively involved in handling reader’s queries for our leading magazines and newspapers.
Outbound Process:
Generate leads from telecalling and ability to provide information verbally, clearly and effectively. Should possess basic knowledge of computer.

Criteria:
Graduate with effective communications & inter personal skills, proficiency in English with excellent soft skills. Should be smart with a lot of personal initiative and self drive. Candidates with relevant BPO experience will be given preference.
