Post Name:- Maintenance Engineer / Mechanical – Electrical -Plumbing Engineer
B.E./B.Tech.. (Mechanical/Electrical) or PG Degree with 10-15 years relevant experience of working for a construction company or such large organizations out of which minimum 7 years of hands on experience in the field of maintenance/MEP works.

Post Name:- Technician (Mechanical, Electrical, Carpentry, HVAC and Plumbing)
Diploma/ITI/NCTVT in the subject area of work with 5 years of commercial experience with multi-tasking ability required. Relevant PWD licence is mandatory.

Post Name:- Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Operator
ITI/Diploma/Graduation with 1-2 years of experience in operation, maintenance and/or repair STP, Effluent Treatment Plant may apply.

Post Name:- Building Management System (BMS) Operator
ITI/Diploma/Graduation with 2 years of experience in Building Management Systems, HVAC automation controls, energy management systems, or other related experience. Ability to read blue prints, control drawings, logic controls and BMS program language. Knowledge of HVAC network systems required.
