Master’s Degree in Hospitality and Ph.D. preferably in Management with minimum experience of 15 years preferably in a premier Hospitality Education Institution or Hospitality/Service Industry or from the Industry with at least 20 years of experience of which last 5 years should have been at the top management level, involving developmental role.

School for Agricultural Sciences & Technology Shirpur Campus:
Ph.D. in Agriculture Engineering/Sciences with at least 15 years of Academic and Administrative experience or from the Industry with at least 15-20 years experience at senior management level. Should have strong linkages & network with the industry & academics. Should be well acquainted with the various Accreditation Agencies and Statutory Bodies as well as their processes. He/she should be either at a Professor’s level in a premier management school or Principal of a premier undergraduate college.

MBA and Ph.D. from one of the premier Management Institution/ University in India with at least 15 years of Academic and Administrative experience in the field. Should have strong linkages & network with the Industry & Academics. Should be well acquainted with the various Accreditation Agencies and Statutory bodies as well as the procedures.

Mumbai Campus
MBA in HR from a premier Management School with 22 to 25 years’ experience in Human Resources Management out of which last 5 to 6 years should have been at the senior level engaged in Corporate HR function. The job involves manpower planning, talent management and organization development. The individual should have had an experience in training/personnel administration and preferably should have had an understanding of ERP and other similar technologies like HR analytics. Preference will be given to individuals below 50 years of age coming from knowledge organizations like Consulting or IT or Education.
