Eligibility:– The Vice Chancellor is expected to be
1. A visionary with proven leadership qualities, administrative capabilities as well as teaching and research credentials.
2. Having outstanding academic record throughout and a minimum of 10 years experience as a Professor in a University system or in an equivalent position in a reputed research and/or academic/administrative organization.
Term: Vice-Chancellor shall hold the office for a term of five years, provided that in no case shall hold office beyond the age of 70 years.

Salary and Perks: As per UGC pay scale additional perks will be paid in accordance with experience, knowledge and credentials.
