BE / B.Tech../ M.Tech. (Civil) with over 18+ years of relevant work experience in Project Management, Planning, Execution of High rise residential towers. Should be capable of heading the project of more than 15 Lac.Sqft. Would be responsible for overall supervision, Should be well versed with the latest technologies in construction industry. Able to lead project managers, contractors, timely delivery of projects, billing etc. Knowledge in executing aluminium form work is a must. Good communication & leadership qualities essential. Preferred age below 45 years.
Post Name: GM Technical
B.E./ B.Tech./ M.Tech. (Civil) with over 16+ years of relevant work Should be responsible for overall project coordination with different technical departments like Architectural, Engineering, Structural etc… & different consultants. Should have good exposure in Project Management, Planning, Preparing buildings scheduling & MIS reports for Multistoried / Residential / Commercial / Gated Community Projects.. Good communication & leadership qualities essential. Preferred age below 45 years.

B.Arch / M.Arch with 8-12 years of experience, Ability to handle large scale commercial / high rise residential projects, right from concept level, making presentation drawings, working drawings, coordinating various services, visiting sites & follow up on the project, Must be proficient in AutoCAD, with the working knowledge of 3D Max, Photoshop, Revit etc. Preferred age below 40 years.
