Qualification:-MBA/ PGDM Marketing and Finance

Experience:- More than 18 years relevant experience

The candidate should have experience of customer handling, managing collection against dues/ provide legitimate refunds, responsible to maintain customer records, handing over possession/ signing of sale deeds, timely dispatch of demand letters/reminders and cancellation. He will also be responsible for coordination with the banks for project approval and disbursements of loans as per requirement of customer and all related areas.

He should have experience of making feasibility study of new projects and monitoring of profitability in coordination with other departments. He will also be responsible for projecting cash flows and submit MIS to the management.
