Post Name: General Manager – Service
Job Description: The candidate must be able to lead the entire service team at the dealership. He will be required to ensure that all business and customer experience-related targets are achieved. The candidate will be responsible for service revenue target achievement for the dealership through strong team management and process adherence.
Eligibility: Graduate/Post-Graduate with technical qualification and a minimum of 10-12 years of extensive technical and managerial experience. Should have a strong focus on customer experience management and must adhere to the processes and norms.
Post Name: Service Manager
Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for maintaining flawless customer experience at the workshop and managing a team of service consultants.
Eligibility: Graduate/Post-Graduate with a technical qualification: 6-8 years of extensive technical experience in the automobile [2-wheelers] sector. The candidate must adhere to the processes and norms.
Post Name: Works Manager
Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for the parts business, labour revenue, the workshop’s weekly planning and service-related promotional activities. The candidate will also be required to track the target achievement on a weekly basis.
