Rajkot District Co-Operative Milk Producers’ Union Ltd, an affiliated member of GCMMF (Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation) Ltd, with an annual turnover of Rs.775 Crore & handling capacity of 6.0 LLPD, engaged in milk procurement & production/ marketing of milk & milk products under the popularly known brand “AMUL* & “GOPAL”, In order to meet new challenges we invite application from competent, result oriented and qualified experience professional for the position of:

Post Name: Managing Director
– The candidate should have requisite managerial competence and should be qualified with degree in Dairy Technology/ Food Technology/ Animal Husbandry/ Engineering. A Post Graduate Degree in Management (FULL TIME) and Law /Co-operative law will be considered as an additional qualification for selection.
– The incumbent should be a result-oriented senior professional with minimum 10 years of managerial experience in reputed organizations out of which 3 years’ experience in Dairy/Food Processing plant is essential. The incumbent would be directly accountable for planning and implementation of activities related to the achievement of physical targets, financial management, quality parameters & effective utilization of man power, add to it, he should be a senior officer who has adequate experience in conceptualizing, implementing & monitoring Animal husbandry & Dairy development programmes . The incumbent should be capable of working in computerized environment, ERP system preferably SAP. The remuneration would commensurate with the experience and would be as per the industry norms.
– Candidate’s age, educational qualifications / professional qualifications/experience may be relaxed by the Management and accordingly designation and salary may be offered. The Management reserves all the right to cancel the post advertised without assigning any reason thereof.
