Post Name: Director of Nursing
Responsible for planning, organization and administration of nursing services, including staffing, training and development; communications and documentation; to maintain quality patient care standards and advise medical staff, department heads, and the administrator in matters related to nursing services.
Credentials and Experience:
B.Sc./M.Sc. nursing from an accredited school of Nursing. Masters in Hospital Administration / Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Administration will be a plus.
Must have a valid registration with Delhi Nursing Council, with more than 25 years of experience, out of which 10 years should be in a leadership position in large NABH/JCI accredited hospital. Must possess and demonstrate a high degree of leadership, organizational ability, and communication skills. Knowledge of long-term care management, policies, personnel management, hospital quality standards is required. Candidate should be IT savvy.
