Post Name: Technical Director
Candidate having experience of 20 to 25 years in similar industries should be competent to lead team of engineers to develop new projects /components by mfg. at in house or by outsourced. He should be competent to analyze and find out remedial measures for process weaknesses, various failures, process up gradation. He will be responsible for Technical discussion & negotiation with customer for new projects & same time to work out solution to control mfg. cost. He has to maintain company profitability, customer satisfaction, timely delivery, best in class quality and up gradation of team.

Post Name: Assistant Works Manager
Candidate of age Group 35 to 40 years, With 15 to 20 years, of experience and minimum qualification should be DME. Candidate should have thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes of Tool room type machine shop have setup of CNC, VMC & Conventional machines, Background of product & process development, tooling, jig & fixtures designing, CNC & VMC programming, Project planning & monitoring is essential. He should have in-depth knowledge of APQA, PPAP, QMS requirements and statistical techniques. He should be capable of setting dynamic targets for his team & support to achieve them. He should be good team builder & leader and have good administrative capability to handle team of engineers.

Patange Post Name: Assistant Manager-(Production)
Candidate with background of CNC / VMC machine shop with minimum qualification DME. The candidate should have proven track record with 10 years Minimum experience. Knowledge of Tooling’s, Programming VMC, CNC etc. is essential. He should have ability to achieve production target with a desire quality. He should be a team leader, capable of managing a team of engineers & technicians. He should be familiar with statistical techniques. He should assure attainment of business objectives & production schedules. He will be responsible for utilization and efficiency of all mfg. process.

Post Name: Assistant Manager– (Quality Control)
Candidate should be B.E / Diploma with 08 to 10 years experience in quality department of medium size precision machining unit. He should have good knowledge of quality control and quality assurance tools with capability of initiating and implanting corrective and preventive actions for process and product failures. Good knowledge of QMS requirements and compliance is essential. Should have good communication skills and ability to co-ordinate with third party inspection agency and customer. Should be well organized and proficient in document maintaining. He will be responsible for product identification and traceability through documented evidence. He will be responsible for material testing’s. Inward, in-process and final inspection.

Post Name: Purchase & Vendor Development
DME with Experience of 6 to 8 years in purchasing & vendor development. He should have experience in dealing with raw material suppliers and to identify various types of job work suppliers. Person should have strong negotiation skills and ability to perform activity with in targeted time frame.

Post Name: Marketing Engineer (Fabrication)
Candidate with 5 to 10 years experience in marketing for fabrication industry. Candidate should be familiar with customer base who deal in Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Pressure piping, Clarifiers required for Water Influent Plant.
