Post Name: Chief Finance Officer (01)
Location: Bhopal
* Minimum 10 years of experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles handling large corporate accounts of any retail/ manufacturing industry, must be having strong leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills, and learn building capabilities.
* Should be responsible for entire accounts and compliance of the organization including, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and variance analysis, publishing monthly financial statement and MIS including cash flow, compliance and taxation, ensuring the robustness of all financial controls as well development of internal control policies and procedures. Must have through knowledge of SAP.
Remuneration: Rs. 24 Lacs to 36 Lacs p.a.
Post Name:Retail Sales Head (01 )
Location: Bhopal
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail sales in FMCG vertical, having Strong interpersonal, leadership, selling and analytical skills with excellent customer service deliveries and must have team building capacities with experience of handling large team.
* Should be responsible for handling multiple stores and to ensure all process are followed in Store operations including business development, customer satisfaction, pilferage and inventory control, and optimize profitability of store with customers satisfaction through excellent service.
Remuneration:Rs.12 Lacs to 18 Lacs pa.
Post Name: Admin Head(01)
Location: Bhopal
* Minimum 10 years of experience in handling Office administration work of large organization, must be having strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Should be responsible to support the organization in whole gamut of administrative areas like security, housekeeping, assets management and maintenance including vehicles, renewal of licenses and other liasioning work with various Govt- departments.
Remuneration: Rs. 10 lacs to 15 Lacs p.a.
Post Name: Warehouse Manager (01)
Location: Bhopal
* Minimum 3 years of experience in handling large warehouse of FMCG/ Retail, must be having strong leadership and analytical skills and have handled a large team of staff and labour.
* Should be responsible for all processes in warehouse including accurate Receiving, Racking, GRN, Loading, distribution to stores, recon of stock etc. and takes measure to have excellent control over pilferage & inventory.
Remuneration: Rs. 10 Lacs to 15 Lacs pa.
