Neogen Chemicals Ltd, are a Speciality Chemical manufacturing company currently having factory at Mahape (Navi Mumbai), Karakhadi (Vadodara, Jambusar Road) and Head Office at Thane serving global Pharma, Agrochemicals Electronic and Engineering industry since 1991. Started by promoters with IIT background and currently growing at around 50% per annum, having 50% export to Europe, Japan and USA and shortly entering in to contract manufacturing for International Customer. We are setting up new production sites at Dahej SEZ for export and Contract Manufacturing & expanding at Karakhadi site. We are looking for following senior appointments to lead team of Managers.

Post Name: General Manager – Operation
Chemical Engineer or Chemistry Graduate with minimum 25 plus years’ experience in field of Chemical Manufacturing managing cross functional team of more than 100 employees at Karakhadi off Vadodara – Jambusar Road consisting of Production, Maintenance, effluent control IR, Administration, Stores and Logistics. Candidates with experience of ISO, GMP, lean and Six Sigma Manufacturing and demonstrated experience in managing IR issues will be preferred. He will be responsible for production efficiency & Management reporting.

Post Name:  Senior Manager – Project
He should be Chemical/Mechanical Engineer having experience of setting up independently green field Specialty chemical project of the capital investment of Rs 50 Cr. to 250 Cr with overall at least 20 years of experience of project planning, Government formalities & Registrations, obtaining clearance from state & Central Government pollution boards, Equipment selection, procurement, erection & commissioning of the project. He will be posted at karakhadi (off Vadodara -Jambusar Road) & will be over all responsible for setting up both the new sites at Dahej SEZ & expansion at Karakhadi.

Post Name: Senior Manager – QA
M.Sc./ Ph.D. in Chemistry/Chemical Engineer with diploma in Quality Assurance-will be added advantages, having 10-15 years’ experience in Quality Assurance in API, Bluk Drug or API intermediate Plant supplying to Pharma Companies. He should be well versed with ICHQ7A/GMP/IMS systems. This opening will be for Mahape Navi-Mumbai site.
