Post Name: Shift Brewer
Qualification: B.Sc./ B.Tech
Minimum 8-10 years exp. in Brewery industry. Responsible for all brewing practices & Brewing efficiency with respect to process. Responsible for SOP, process control & Food Safety. Ensure cost effective production considering proper utilization of resources. Monitoring and improvement on operational efficiencies and costs. mash filter exposure must.
Post Name: Mash Filter Operator
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree
Minimum 5-6 years. exp. To Develop, implement and Monitor Quality Assurance System in the Organization. Calibration of laboratory instruments, accessories. Implementation & monitoring of FSMS. Prepare SOP for all testing procedures. Modify the test procedures as per latest standard/Customer requirements. R&D, TPM, Prepare QMS procedures & documents.
Post Name: Senior Filtration Operator
Qualification: ITI/Diploma/Degree
Minimum 5-6 years experience in Brewery Industry, well aquatints with operation of Filter machine & Filtration process.
Post Name: Mechanical Engineer
Qualification: Degree/Diploma
Minimum 10-15 years experience in Exposure of Refrigeration, coal fire Boiler (10TPH), Conveyors, RO / ETP plant & preventive maintain of machinery, preference will be given to brewery industrial exp.

Qualification: Degree/Diploma
Minimum 10-15 years experience in Exposure of DG (1000 VKA), HT line, 23 KVA sub-station) ready to work in shift with having supervisory license, also having experience of maintenance deptt.
Post Name: Microbiologist
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Micro)
Minimum 5-6 years experience in Brewery Industry, To conduct Microbiological analysis per sampling plan, Final Products Batch wise, Water Microbiological Evaluations, Microbiological analysis of the Incoming materials. Validation of Environment and Product contact surfaces and hand swabs & check Microbial count.
Post Name: Can Machine Operators
Qualification: ITI /Intermediate
Minimum 5-6 years experience in Brewery Industry, well aquatints with operation of filler / pasteurizer; shrink wrapper machine.
