Profile:-

•  The candidate should have high Academic Credentials with a Doctoral Degree and first class at preceding degree in the relevant discipline and have a strong research and publication record. The individual should have been in the position of professor for about 10years.
•   The candidate should have demonstrated competencies in institution building, academic leadership and administrative roles.
•   The appointment will be made on contract basis for a period of five (5) years.
•   Age (as on date of advertisement): Not more than 60 years.

Compensation Package:-
The pay and allowances will be at par with the remuneration of a director in IIMs. The other incentives are negotiable and will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
