Job Descriptions:
* The Director is the Chief Academic and Executive Officer of the Institute reporting directly to the Chairman. He /She should have a First Class Master’s Degree in Management/relevant management related discipline and Ph.D. or equivalent in appropriate discipline from a reputed Institute/University in India or abroad. The person should be an eminent academician with a very good academic record and having peer reviewed publications, research with around 15 years of teaching experience of which at least 10 years should be as Professor. Or, a scholastically oriented Board-level Management Professional equivalent to Professor of at least 15 years standing in industry / government having publications in the field of management IPR/patents etc.
* Candidate must have demonstrated academic leadership, administrative & institution building capability, who can take LBSIM to the next level of growth including international academic collaborations. The candidate should preferably be below 60 years of age.
