To create and manage impactful data-driven communication campaigns. Should have hands-on experience in the B2B space.
Responsibilities:
• Work with product managers to develop and implement communication strategies
• Collect and analyse market and competitor info
• Conduct market research
• Manage marketing and communication budget
• Track effectiveness of initiatives
Qualifications: B.E. (Mechanical / allied),
MBA.
Skill Set:Strategic thinking. Problem-solving. Planning and Project management. Presentation skills.
Experience:10 years in marketing industrial products (sales, marketing, communication, MR).
Post Name:Assistant Manager – Communication
To create content for internal and customer communication channels. Should have Marcom / feature writing experience.
Responsibilities:
• Create content for ads, brochures, newsletters and websites
• Develop story ideas, interview key personnel, manage content pipeline
• Website updation, Manage SEO and Analytics
• Copy / style check and quality assurance of all content
• Interface with agencies / designers to ensure timely completion.
Qualifications: Master in Mass Communication/ Journalism or equivalent.
Skill Set: Flexible writing style, Project management and people skills.
Experience: 5 to 7 years.
Post Name: Graphic Designer
To create high quality print and digital marketing collateral. Should have corporate experience and exposure to brand guideline implementation.
Responsibilities:
• Design marketing collateral (brochures, catalogues, manuals, newsletters, posters, etc.)
• Design campus / in-plant signage and displays
• Brand implementation & audit/quality assurance of collateral
• Interface with agencies, and ensure timely completion
Qualifications: Degree in Visual Communication or equivalent.
Skill Set: Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and CorelDraw. Should be able to create print files and manage print production.
Experience: 4 to 5 years.
