Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University requires Vice Chancellor

The Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University, Bhuj is a State University established by the State Government by Act-No. 5 in the year 2003 on the land of resilience and endurance. The Chancellor of the University, the Honorable Governor of Gujarat, has appointed a Committee for recommending a panel of names for the post of Vice-chancellor of the KSKVKU.

Post Name: Vice Chancellor

– The person applying or being applying or nominated for the post is expected to possess the highest level of competence, integrity, morals and institutional commitment. He/She should be a distinguished academician, with a minimum of Ten years of experience as Professor or above in a University or Ten years of experience in a reputed research or academic administrative organization with proof of having demonstrated academic leadership. Moreover the person should be a well-rounded personality and should have contributed significantly to the development of higher education. He/She apart from being a good researcher, must also possess adequate administrative experience, should be well recognized in his/her field of expertise, know the working of the regulatory bodies and the Government, besides having adequate National and International exposure so as to bring the university at par with the best at Global level. The Search Committee reserves the right to consider person of eminence outside the list of such application/nominations received.
