Post Name: General Manager Commercial Sales
Job Description: Expertise in selling and leasing of commercial properties in and around Pune • Undertaking marketing initiatives for lead generation • Handling of HNI customers and making sales conversions • Building and actively engaging with Channel Partners for commercial properties • Building a team of Sales and Leasing Executives • Creating strong relations with investors and corporate mentors.
Desirable Profiles: Preferably, should have worked with International Property Consultants (IPCs) • Should have 10+ years of work experience as Manager/Head in commercial leasing and sales • Experience of a leading real estate commercial organization.
Remuneration: Better than industry standards.
