1. Branch Head
Qualification :
MBA Graduate
Experience : Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Banking / financial services of which minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience with a housing finance company is must. Branch Head is expected to be a profit center head with a responsibility to handle sales, credit, operations and collection

2. Branch Credit Manager
Qualification : MBA Graduate
Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience
with Banking / Financial services of which minimum 2 years should be with a housing
finance company.
Credit Manager will carry the responsibility of credit decisions for the branch, dealing with various agencies and eventually responsible for the quality of the
branch portfolio.

3. Branch Sales Manager
Qualification :
MBA Graduate
Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant
experience with Banking / financial services of which minimum 2 years should be with a housing finance company. Sales manager will be responsible to achieve the business numbers for the branch

4. Relationship Manager
Qualification : Graduate
Experience : With or Without Experience.
Responsible to develop / source the business from various Channels and open market
