Jindal Aluminium Ltd job vacancy for General Manager (Operations)

The incumbent will be responsible for managing all shop floor activities of aluminium extrusion plant comprising of various departments such as Production, Foundry, Tool shop, Maintenance, Quality, and Development etc. in proper coordination with HODS for efficient running of the plant. The candidate should be a first class Mechanical / Metallurgical engineer with 15 to 20 years experience in all shop floor activities in a reputed engineering industry with at least 10 years as Head of the Plant Operations. He should be a hard task master, aggressive, strict and action taking on erring employees. Preference will be given to those having experience in aluminium extrusion industry.
