Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited (HKCL) a high-tech initiative in delivery of Education. Governance and Empowerment solutions and services to its ever growing customer base among the masses of Haryana. HKCL is a public limited company established as a joint venture between the Government of Haryana and Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Ltd. (MKCL).
– Applications are invited for the position of Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer.

Post Names: Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer

The applicant should be willing to be posted at Panchkula, Haryana and meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:

Eligibility criteria are:-

1.  Age between 40 years to 55 years
2.  Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering essential. Master’s Degree in Business Administration may be preferred. All Degrees should be from recognized Universities.
3.   At least 15 years of post qualification relevant experience in the field of IT Enabled Business Management / IT Enabled Services Management (lTES) preferably in the areas such as education, governance and mass empowerment
4.   At least 3 to 5 years of experience at senior management level such as General Manager, Senior General Manager, etc.
5.   At least 3 to 5 years of experience in interfacing with government preferable
6.   At least 3 to 5 years of experience as Managing Director or Chief Executive Officer or Chief Operating Officer of a private / public limited company preferable
