Post Name: Purchase DGM/Manager (Vadodara)
Qualification: Engineering background with specialization in material management.
Experience: 15 – 20 years with minimum 5 years in senior position.
Job Profile: Procurement of steel, GP, Paints, etc from OEMs, new vendor development as per ISO norms, coordination with quality department, manage purchasing policies, procedures and strategies, meet deadlines and control costing through effective inventory control.
Post Name: Quality Head (Savli Unit)
Qualification: DME/BE in Mechanical/ Metallurgy /Chemical.
Experience:15 – 20 Years with minimum 5 years in senior position.
Job Profile: Responsible for institutionalizing Quality Management System, Management of technical evaluation and assessment of External Providers, to perform project specific on monitoring Non-Conforming(NCR) items and reduce it, to plan, conduct and follow up the Internal Training within Organization, Awareness of 5S, KAIZEN. 7QC tools. RCA analysis, POKA-YOKE. etc, Full knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, to ensure that all the management system documents of Quality department viz SOPs / WIPs, QAP formats etc. are updated as per the QMS.
Post Name: HR Manager (Savli Unit)
Qualification: MSW/MHRM/LLB.
Experience: 12-15 years with minimum 3 years in senior position.
Job Profile: Responsible for handling recruitment procedure, Housekeeping, Cost reduction, Implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes. Manpower planning and optimum utilization of manpower, handling all IR activities, liasioning with GPC, etc; Implementation of 5s and ISO procedure.

Requirement: Good and effective communication skill in English and acquainted with ERP systems.
