Incumbent we are looking for should be qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with around 18 years experience in diverse finance roles including in Corporate Finance roles. The objective of this role is to lead, direct and control financial management in accordance with statutory requirements, corporate policies and procedures. The responsibilities include preparation of Budget and Business plan. Monitor and ensure timely closure of accounts, Ensure regular and timely collection of revenues. Ensure statutory compliances w.r.t. GST etc. Incumbent must have exposure of taxation and banking matters.

Post Name: Chief Manager (Finance) (MP-171)
Incumbent we are looking for should be qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with around 16 years experience in diverse finance roles. This involves institutionalizing the complete corporate finance and budgeting framework for the organization. The responsibilities include Consolidation and review of Budget plans and conduct project feasibility evaluation. Effectively manage contracts (including project contracts) and quality of financial process and controls, Overall responsibility for statutory compliance, internal control and MIS reporting, Ensure timely closure of accounts and finalization of books of accounts. Monitor all audit activities. Incumbent must have exposure of taxation and banking matters. The knowledge of treasury management will be added advantage.
Age:43 years as on 01.11.2017
Salary: Commensurate with qualification & experience. Comparable with the best in the industry. * Exposure to SAP system and knowledge of Gujarati language will be preferred.
