Post Names: Vice Chancellor and Pro- Vice Chancellors
* The incumbents will set a vision for the University along with the Chancellor and other senior members; put the vision into action in terms of academic goals and corporate goals. Candidates are expected to have been in academic roles in top class institutions (NAAC A+/A grade Institutions), having experience in accreditation with external bodies like NBA (National Board of Accreditation). ABET (Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology); AACSB for Business Education. Knowledge and exposure to outcome based education is mandatory.
* Having experience in areas of administration, research and development, student affairs, academic and education affairs.
Applicant must be:
* Strategic thinker and a visionary to be able to grow the university in terms of scale and size; a person with enthusiasm and energy; an excellent communicator and listener; a leader who creates successful teams and oversees numerous projects and staff; maintains positive relationship with internal stakeholders.
* Known in the academic circles for the excellence in academics in terms of number of papers published, number of other publications, number of research projects worked and faculty development work. Patents in her/his name will be an advantage.
* Galgotias University has an excellent compensation package for outstanding academicians with the drive to excel in teaching and research.
