10-15 years experience in overseeing accounts, finance functions, systems & procedures including review analysis, statutory compliances & wide exposure to managing accounts, audits, finance & taxation.
Post Name: Junior Chartered Accountant
5-7 years experience in accounts & finance dept, coordinating with internal & external compliances in accounts, audits, finance & taxation, managing accounts & coordinating with external CA consultants.
Post Name: Senior Accountant
M.Com/Inter CA with minimum 10 years experience managing accounts & finance function of large RE firm.
Post Name: Accountant (Site)
5-7 years experience in basic accounting, ERP entries, coordinating with Account HOD & ensuring accuracy in account with audit compliances.
Post Name: Head Purchase
MBA with 10-15 years experience as Head Purchase/Commercial of large Real Estate firm with wide exposure to Purchase function, SCM, Inventory management, Supplier analysis review. Contract management.
Post Name: Senior Engineer (Quality Control)
BE/Diploma (Civil) with minimum 15 years of exp in inspection analysis QC/QA & technical audit of high-rise building, commercial & real estate projects.
Post Name:Senior Engineer (Estimation & Costing)
B.E./Diploma (Civil) with minimum 10-15 years of exp. in estimation/costing, project planning-monitoring function of large scale RE projects.
Post Name: Site Supervisors
Minimum 5 years of exp. in maintenance & site supervision of const, projects from commencement completion.
Post Name: GM (Marketing) MBA with 10-15 years as Marketing Head with RE company & managing multiple projects.
Post Name: Senior Manager (Branding & Communication)
MBA with 7-10 years experience in branding & communication with reputed RE firm.
Post Name: Head IT MCA with minimum 5-7 years exp. as Head IT with exp. in formulating & implementing IT policies, in large RE firm with knowledge & exp. in leading IT functions, hardware/software solutions, IT administration & website mgmt.
