Road / Highways
The Positions are based at our projects sites: Meerut, Rachi, Varanasi, Dhanbad, Asansol, Deoband (Saharanpur) etc.,
Chief Project Managers / Project Managers: BE / B.Tech (Civil) with 18+ years of relevant work experience in Project Management & Execution. Should be able to lead a team of engineers and officers to handle all aspects of execution, viz. detail engineering, planning, site coordination & contract administration, budget control etc. Candidates having experience in successful completion of at least ONE sizeable Highway project of complex nature will be preferred.
GM / DGM (Project Controller) – Gurgaon / Lucknow: BE / B.Tech (Civil) with 20+ years of relevant work experience in Project Management, Planning, Execution and Contract management Preference will be given to the candidate having experience in successful completion of at least TWO major highway projects. The Person will be responsible for supervision & control of various highway projects of the company. The candidate must be hands on with costing of works & modern methods of constructions.
Section In-Charge / Dy.Project Manager / Manager / Project Engineer / Bridge Engineers / Site Engineer (Flexible / Rigid Pavement and Structures): B.E / Diploma (Civil) with 5 to 7+ years of relevant experience of which atleast 2 years in similar capacity.
AGM / Sr. Manager / Manager / Dy.Manager – Site Planning & Monitoring: B.E / Diploma (Civil) with 8+ years of experience in conceptual & detailed planning. Candidates should be Tech savvy- and well versed with modern methods/software required for planning. should be capable of decoding technical drawings / specifications, item rate analysis, negotiation with sub contractors and monitoring monthly billing preparation.
Sr. Manager / Manager / Dy. Manager / Assistant Manager – QA / QC (Flexible / Rigid Pavement and Structures): BE / Diploma (Civil) with 8+ years of relevant experience in QA / QC with large construction projects & expertise in developing project specific Quality plans.
AGM / Sr. Manager / Manager / Dy. Manager-Quantity Survey: B.E / Diploma (Civil) with 8+ years of relevant experience in similar capacity will be responsible for Client Billing, Sub contrator’s bills verification, Claims Management and Documentation.
Chief Surveyor / Sr. Surveyor / Surveyor: Diploma (Civil) with 8+ years of experience or ITI certification with 10+ years of experience in Total Station., Auto Level, and Auto CAD for Highway / Canall / Bridge / Building works.
DGM / AGM / Sr. Manager / Manager – Plant & Machinery (Lucknow & Projects Sites): B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Mining Machinery) with 8+ years of relevant experience or Diploma (Mechanical) with 10+ years of relevant experience in all aspects of Commissioning., Performance monitoring and maintenance of various Construction Plant & Machinery particularly used for Highway / Canal Constructions.
Manager-Crusher: B.E / B.Tech. (Mechanical) with 8+ years of experience or Diploma (Mechanical) with 10+ years of experience in O&M of large, multi stage stone crusher including related machinery. Experience in mining operation will be an added advantage.
AGM / Sr. Manager / Manager / Dy. Manager – Procurement / Inventory & Store (Projects): Graduate preferably with PG Diploma in Materials Management with 8+ years of relevant experience Should be thorough in procedures and record keeping. Candidates having purchase experience of capital equipments related to construction industry / spares / construction material will be given preference.
Manager / Dy. Manager / Asst Manager / Supervisor (Safety): Degree / Diploma / Certificate in industrial safety with 8+ years of relevant experience along with certified first aid certificate.
AUTOCAD / Drafting Engineers (Flexible / Rigid Pavement and Structures): Degree / Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience. Project Documents Controller: Should be graduate with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Team – “Z” has been entrusted with responsibility for construction on time delivery of prestigious “Z – Morh” Motorway Tunnel Project. Situated on NH-1D, 70 Kms from Srinagar (near SONAMARC) these 6.5 Kms twin tunnels (main tunnel with dia. of 10.80 meter, Egress Tunnel of 7.50 meter approach road of 6.5 Kms) is a first strategic step towards ensuring all weather connectivity between srinagar and Leh / Ladakh. The Intended team members must have hunger to excel in every aspect of NATM methodology with optimum resources. EXPATS with exposure (Preferably) to Himalayan Terrain / Geology are also welcomed to be part of growing APCO family.Deputy Project Manager: BE / B.Tech (Civil) with 15+ years of experience in execution of underground works / Tunnels. Should be able to lead a learn of engineers and officers to handle all aspects of execution, viz. detail engineering, planning, site coordination & contract administration, budget control etc. Candidates having experience in successful corrpletion of at least ONE sizeable Tunnel project of complex nature wi ll be preferred.
Chief Engineer – Project: Report to Project Manager. The candidate is expected to provide ongoing Technical Services & Mentoring the project team in the area of Planning, Review of Designs. Quality Management, All Geological aspects, Quantity Surveying & Billing, 3-D Surveys & Contract Management issues. Should be Graduate (Masters will be preferred) in Civil/Mining / Geotechnical Engineering with 20-25 experience on All Technical aspects of Tunnel Works with minimum 5 years experience on NATM.
Safety Manager / Engineers: Reporting to Project Manager, Tunnel Safety team will plan, implement & administer the project safety program and serves as safety guardian by ensuring compliance by the project team, employees and subcontradtors working on site 8+ years of construction safety management experience out of which atleast 3+ years in tunnels or underground Constructions. Knowledge and experience of applicable salety / and health codes, statutes and ordnances as well as best practices recognized by the tunnel construction industry is must.
Project Planning Manager: Reporting to Chief Engineer. He will be responsible for Plan and Budget cash flow the project & monitor work progress with respect to planned schedule and optimum utilization of project resources. B.E / Diploma wiith minimum 12 years of experience in conceptual & Detailed planning Candidate must have experience in the Tunnel works planning with knowledge of Costing / Budgeting & Item Rate Analysis. Candidate with lesser experience wil be considered for the Planning Engineer profile.
Chief Geologist / Sr. Geologist / Geologist: Reporting to Chief Engineer. Apart from ensuring rock classifications / conditions in tunnelling for excavation support system, skills should also include geological mapping,, identifying ground conditions. preparation and analysis of drawings, supervising field work, preparing photographs., records and supporting documents for all geological and geotechnical works. With a Masters degree (For Chief Geologist Doctorate Preferred) in Geotechnical Engineering – Candidates must have experience of 5 to 20 years in the field of engineering geology and geotechnical engineering within the tunnelling industry. Experience in Himalayan Geology & NATM wills definitely a plus.
Quality Management Professionals: Reporting to Chief Engineer. This position is responsible for the preparation, implementation and management of the Quality Control Programs, including the coordination, performance and execution of construction inspection and testing services for the project. Degree in Engineering with 10 to 15 years of experience in Quality assurance in tunnelling / underground mass concrete jobs.
QS & Billing Manager: Reporting to Chief Engineer. Responsibilities includes Preparation of work schedule as per contract scope, available drawings and tender BOQs Certification & Submission of monthly bill to Client & finalization of subcontractor’s Bills. B.E / Diploma with 12 to 15 years of experience in Billing Function of typical tunnel / hydroelectric / underground excavation with mass concrete jobs. Candidate with lesser experience will be considered for the billing Engineering profile.
Tunnel Design / Geotechnical Engineer/s: Civil / Mining / Geotechnical Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience in the design of tunnels, temporary & permanent excavation support systems and underground structures.
Tunnel Engineers: Degree / Diploma in Civil / Mining / Geotechnical Engineering with 5 to 10 years of working experience in a similar position (12 hrs shift in tunneling operations preferably NATM). You will work alongside Site Management in order to ensure that the project is delivered with in budjet and ontime.
Sr. Surveyors / Surveyor: Diploma with 8+ years of experience or ITI Certification with 10 years with atleast 2 to 3 years experience in Tunnels / Underground survey works.
Tunnel Foremen: Relevant qualification with 8 years+ experience in similar position. Foreman will be responsible for driving the construction team to meet production targets and monitoring the productivity of works.
Chief Blasters / Shortfirers: Candidates with Degree / Diploma (Mining and 1st Class certificate or relevant certificate course) with 12+ years of experience in the underground blasting works preferably with an exposure to tunneling by NATM. Should be able to apply basic geology in optimum blast designs, interpret and apply blast design principles and selection of explosives apart from fair knowledge of controlled blasting techniques. Able to manage explosives magazine stock control & site safety.
Fabrication Manager: Mechanical Engineer with 10 to 15 years of experience in Fabrication particularly in Fabrication of Tunnel support systems used in the NATM. Well versed with fabrication drawing welding operations & full understanding of the relevant IS codes.
Sr. Manager / Manager Procurement (Gurgaon & Project Site): 8 to 10 years of experience. The candidates should be well versed with the machineries / materials required of construction of tunnels.
Logistics Executives (Project Site): The positions are based at Jammu & project sites. The team (should have 5+ Years experience of handling large interest logistic assignment) will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of entire supply chain management for the Z-Morh project.
AutoCAD / Drafting Engineers: Degree / Diploma / ITI with 5+ years of relevant experience in unerground construction (tunneling preferred) works.
Head of Human Resources – Lucknow: MA (TISS) / MBA / MHRD / MSW / PGDBM, 15+ years of experience in infrastructure / Construction industry. Should be excellent in Manpower management and well versed with Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Employee relations, Appraisal process, Training & Culture building, Creation & implementation of HR policies and all other HR related activities (Candidate is expected to play a VITAL role in Organization Building.)
GM / DGM-Contracts (Gurgaon): BE / B.Tech (Civil) with minimum 12 years experience in contracts (EPC / PPP basis), estimation and cost analysis of highways / Bridges / Tunnel projects.
Executive Assistant (Technical) – Lucknow / Gurgaon: BE / B.Tech / NICMAR graduates / post graduates with 3 to 5 years of experience in various aspects of project management. Good communication skills and proficiency is expected in PPT presentation / all computer aided applications. The incumbent will be groomed as future leaders.
Team Finance & Accounts – Project Site/s & Head Office
DGM / Sr. Manager / Manager Finance & Accounts (Head Office / Various projects – Including Z – Morh): CA / ICWA / MBA – Finance with atleast 8+ years in Costing, Accounting, Budgeting, Cash Flow management, internal Audit, taxation, MIS, banking. Persons with analytical skills and experience in accounting systems will be best suited. Understanding of BOQ / Mile.Stone Billing would be an advantage.
Manager/ Dy. Manager (Internal Audit) – Lucknow :CA / ICWA / MBA – Finance with atleast 8+ years experience in internal Audit, taxation, transaction with Banks. Persons should have analytical skills to check the procedures and systems in projects as per laid down rules of the company.
Team – HR / P&A / Administration – Project Site/s & Head Office
Sr. Manager / Manager- Personnel & Administration for Various project sites (Including Z- Morh): The candidates with 15+ years of experience. To manage all aspects of personnel within the framework of law such as: Recruitment – Retention – Retrenchment (particularly for supervisory staff and operators in order to get the best out of each individual Maintain good industrial manner and by maintaining cordial relationship with all.Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for suitable position.Manager / Dy.Manager-HR (HeadOffice): MBA / MHRD / MSW / PM with 7+ years of experience in managing various aspects of HR&Administration related activities. To ensure Project Compilance to various regulations, smooth execution of project from Approval / Licensing perspective and reduce associated risks and costs due to associated delays / repercussions. Assist in maintaining good relations with locals/ Local authorities.
Administrative / Personal Assistants: Graduate / Post graduate with 5 years of experience in managing senior managements office / Desk / Dairy Proficiency is expected in PPT Presentations / all computer aided application should also have expertise in Travel Desk Management / Document Control / Meeting Arrangements / Record Keeping / Data Management / Reports Management.
