We are looking for a senior professional from the healthcare fraternity (veteran in hospital management). As the Centre Head we are looking for a professional with a vision and commitment to independently oversee the full-fledged operations, which will include:

• A service driven work culture to serve patients better.
• Chart out and implement strategic plans.
• Establish the fiscal and clinical policies to ensure effective hospital administration and operations.
• Establish a strong network of doctors from various disciplines for achieving strategic plans and delivering best medical services.
• Foster a strong bond with the local community and build a credible image for the hospital through its quality of care and service excellence.
• Set highest standards of ethics in the hospital and align all operations around this.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory laws as may be applicable.

The candidate will report to the Head of Operations and shall be empowered to take all necessary decisions and lead the team in creating a new benchmark in hospital management.
