DIRECTOR
The applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects pertaining to international trade. The candidate should be a Ph.D or Post Graduate Degree or mba with about 20 years of experience in Administration, Legal, Accounts, Finance and Marketing areas and well acquainted with the present socio political & economic scenario. The applicant should be in the age group of 45-50 years Applications from retired Sr. Executives from banks or government organisations may also be considered in exceptional cases.

JOINT DIRECTOR SECURITY
The applicant should be able to handle training & monitoring of Security Guards and should be responsible for the supervision, ensure the posting of guards at appropriate places like: main gate and other gates, manage the rotational shifts of guards and supervisory staff, ensure preventive, precautionary measures against theft, pilferage, outbreak of fire and be able to ensure security of entire complex. The candidates should be retired senior officer from Armed forces.

DY DIRECTOR HRD / ADMINISTRATION
The applicant should be capable of handling HRD and Administration functions. The applicant should hold qualification in HRD and should have relevant experience of 8-10 years in HRD and Administration and should be in the age group of 35-40 years.
DY – DIRECTOR MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
The applicant should hold Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8 – 10 Years of experience in AC, hvac and handling of Mechanical equipment and should be in the age group of 35-40 years.

FIRE OFFICER
The applicant should be BSc- Fire / BE- Fire Engineering, Diploma/ Certificate in Fire & Safety, have completed sub officer or station officer course from NFSC. Having 8-10 years of experience in fire fighting and related equipment in high rise building. Should be well versed with fire fighting practices and equipment. preventive checks and maintenance of all equipment on a regular basis. The applicant should be in the age group of 35-40 years.

PURCHASE OFFICER
The applicant should be a graduate or diploma holder in purchase and supply chain management and have knowledge of purchase orders, proforma invoice preparation, quotation comparison, challan checking, searching of new suppliers, co-coordinating with vendors & internal departments for purchase, vendor management and development, procurement of all kinds of technical and non technical material, computer proficiency, good negotiation skills. Should have 8-10 years experience in Purchase Department. The applicant should be in the age group of 35-40 years.

STENO-SECRETARY/ EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
The applicant should have relevant qualification with 8-10 years experience and in the age group of 40-45 years. Applicants having experience of working as Secretary/Executive Assistant to senior level executive will be preferred. Should be able to handle self correspondence. The applicant should have good communication skills (Spoken & Written) in English and should be computer savvy.

Salary and Benefits for all the above positions will be commensurate with the qualification and experience and will not be a constraint for exceptionally good candidate.
