Graduate in any discipline with 3 to 5 years of experience as a steno should apply. He/She should have the ability to take dictation, generate all kinds of correspondence / MIS reports on computer, document and keep records, maintain files, assist in all official assignments etc.

Preference will be given to a retired person having no serious health issues.

The candidate who has worked with CEO/CMD of a leading bank / financial institution will have an added advantage.

General Manager – Commercial
The candidate should be a CA/MBA in Finance Management. He should have 15 years of post academic qualification experience in an FMCG/Manufacturing company. He will play an important role in the expansion plans of the group.

General Manager – Training & Recruitment
The candidate should be a post-graduate in Human Resource Management having about 10-12 years of experience in training & HR in an FMCG organisation. He would be responsible for designing training modules & conducting training seminars/sessions. He will play an important role in the HR team.

Senior Manager – Trade & Customer Activation
The candidate should be an MBA in Marketing. He should have a minimum of 7 years experience in handling operations in the field of BTL, sales promotion and trade & customer activation.

SENIOR EXECUTIVE – MARKETING
Post graduate in sales / marketing with 5 to 7 years of experience may apply. Should be able to coordinate overall activities of sales promotion, know all the relevant aspects of BTL like events, inshop etc., and be able to plan and execute the same.

SALES INCHARGE – INSTITUTION & VENDING
(Ahmedabad / Baroda / Bharuch / Surat /Jaipur)
The candidate should have 2 to 5 years of work experience. Should be able to manage the entire activities of institutional and vending machine business through distributors.

EA / PA TO MANAGING DIRECTOR
A graduate having a good command over English and Gujarati with thorough knowledge of IT, filing and record keeping will be preferred. Should have 15 to 20 years of similar experience in a reputed company. Ability to correspond independently will be an added advantage.

STENO CUM OFFICE ASSISTANT
An English medium graduate with a good command over English & Gujarati, a minimum speed of 80 w.p.m. in English shorthand and sound knowledge of computer operation & record keeping. Should have 8-10 years of experience in data analysis, generating all kinds of correspondence / MIS reports, documentations, record keeping, maintenance of files and assisting in all official assignments. Knowledge of data mining will be preferred.

Relevant experience in an FMCG company would be an added advantage for the above positions.

DY. GENERAL MANAGER – PROJECTS
We expect you to be a graduate in Mechanical / Electrical engineering with more than 15 years of relevant experience in an FMCG / Food organisation, with an edge in managing overall Greenfield / Brownfield projects. You need to be highly proficient in coordinating with several contract agencies & consultants like civil and structural engineers, HVAC consultants, including PMS providers for quality and timely execution of projects. Of course, you should be well versed in project conceptualisation, finalising layouts, selection and installation of utility equipment, civil work & other infrastructure and overall project execution including following up with multiple vendors.
Depending on your overall performance in successful completion of the project, you stand to get a challenging and fulfilling opportunity to lead the entire factory operation.

MANAGER – FACTORY OPERATIONS (LOCATION – DHOLKA)
You are expected to hold a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10 to 20 years of relevant experience in managing overall factory operations in an FMCG organisation. We expect you to have sound working knowledge of overall production planning, preventive & break-down maintenance of packaging equipment, shop floor and man-management too.
