1. Sales Managers
Role: The candidate would be responsible for achieving business of the assigned states. Leading from front a team of Zonal Heads, DSMs, RSMs, BMs and MRs.
2. Zonal Head
Role: The candidate would be responsible for achieving business of the assigned zone. Leading from front a team of DSMs, RSMs, BMs and MRs.
3. Divisional Sales Managers
Role: The candidate would be responsible for achieving business of the assigned state. Leading from front a team of RSMs, BMs and MRs.
4. Regional Sales Managers
Role: The candidate would be responsible for achieving business of the assigned region. Leading from front a team of BMs and MRs.
5. Business Managers
Role: The candidate would be responsible for achieving business of the assigned areas. Leading from front a team of MRs.
6. Medical Representatives
Role: The candidate would be responsible for achieving business targets through brand building by meeting and converting Doctors to generate prescriptions and implement the strategies of the company. Experienced candidates with two wheelers would be given preference.
7. Manager – Corporate
Role: The candidate would be responsible for heading Finance & Accounts, Distribution, MIS and Purchase Departments.
8. Distribution – Manager / Executives
Role: The candidate would be working for the Distribution Department.
9. Manager – Operations
Role: The candidate would be responsible for Operations, Travel Desk, HR and Admin Departments.
10. Group Product Manager / Product Managers
Role : The candidate would be responsible for Brand Management of the assigned Brands in the operational Therapy areas.
11. IT Executive
Role: The candidate would be responsible for all Information Technology related work in the Corporate office.
