Developer – Dot Net
Positions Open: Multiple
Experience: 2 to 8 years development experience with a minimum of 2 years in Microsoft technologies. No Freshers and No Developers with less than 2 years experience please.
Key Skills: Dot NET 4. ASP.NET/VB.NET/O, A1AX and ADO.NET, IIS, MS SQL Server 2005 / 2008
Description:
- Must have demonstrable hands on .NET design and development experience
- Expert knowledge of .NET framework, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C# and ADO.NET
- Excellent Knowledge of object oriented design & development
- Good MS SQL Server experience with strong procedure writing and debugging skills
- Experience in SSRS a plus
- Prior insurance industry experience a plus
Developer – MS SQL Server
Positions Open: Multiple
Experience: 2 to 8 years of IT experience with minimum 2 years development experience in MS SQL Server T-SQL Stored Procedures, SSRS and SSIS

Experience: 4 to 6 years verifiable expenence in the entire software development and test life cycles
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM. ISO 9001, SE1/CMM5 preferred
- Must be proficient with the use of VISIO, Power Point etc to create process maps
- Familiar with Automated Testing tools & Code Review tools
- Good Analytical and Problem Solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
Description:
- Proactively monitor and review deliverables from all software development phases, to ensure that established standards and processes are being followed.
- Document incidents of non-compliance and communicate status report/metrics to team members and the management team overseas.
- Prepare and distribute status reports and dashboards needed for reporting compliance and measurements across departments such as Development, QA, Architecture and Release Management.
- Coordinate and maintain the software development processes and standards in conjunction with the department heads.
- Responsible for coordination, organization and development of Software Development Process documentation.
- Responsible for training existing and new employees on the Software Development Processes
- Review software defects and determine their root cause. Use this data to recommend process improvements. Enforce standards and processes across departments.

- Proven expenence with software product companies only which includes estimating, scoping and wnting designs that clearly set expectaikjns and bnng the best capabilities of the Microsoft technology stack to the customer.
- Knowledge of full application life cycle, architecture and methodologies, e.g.. Rational (RUP), Extreme Programming, Agile Scrum, Test Driven Development, Service Oriented Architectures (SOA).
- Expert level skills and technical experience and knowledge of Architecture, Development and Deployment techniques in the following: Dot Net Framework, Windows Server, SQLServer, C#. VB.Net, ASP.Net WCF, WPF, WF, WinAPI and Web Services.
