Vedanta Aluminium Limited (VAL) (www.vedantaaluminium.com), a subsidiary of Vedanta Resources pic. is a leading producer of aluminium & alumina at Jharsuguda & Lanjigarh. At Jharsuguda, currently VAL is operating 0.5MTPA Aluminium smelter and 1215 MW Captive power plant. It is also the site of 2400 MW IPP which is fully operational. In addition to this, we are fast approaching towards operationalizing 1.25 MTPA Aluminium Smelter. Manager – Finance Controller (Code: Fin/01):
Qualified CAs with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience having sound working knowledge in financial reporting, accounts consolidation under IGAAP, IFRS & USGAAP. The job responsibility will include all aspects of management accounting, budgeting, audit, SOX processes, Forex and performance analysis. Location – Jharsuguda, Odisha
Manager–Legal (Code: Leg/02):
Qualified LLB/LLM graduates with strong analytical skills having 6 to 8 years of experience, ACS degree holders are preferred. The incumbent shall be responsible to handle corporate commercial contracts, labour & environmental laws, preparation of legal briefs, petitions, interaction with external counsels & briefing.
