UTC Aerospace Systems Global Engineering Center India is hiring for the following positions

$ Principal Systems Engineer – for Aircraft Sensors group:
BE / ME / M. Tech – Electronics / Computer / Systems / Aerospace engineering or equivalent with 8 to 15 years’ experience as a systems engineer in the Aerospace Industry. DO-178 B and/or DO-254 development life-cycle experience. Experience with avionics & ARP4761 guidance including a good understanding. Certification Test Plans, Reliability Analysis, Common-Mode Analyses.

$ Tech Lead – Quality Checker
Diploma in Mech / Aero with 15-20 years or BE with 10 years of experience in implementing drawing standards based on GD&T and ASME 14.5. Candidate should have good knowledge on manufacturing / materials / drawing checking. Should have familiarity with CAD tools.

$ Principal Systems Engineer – for Aircraft Interiors group:
BE / ME / M. Tech (Mech / Electronics) with at least 10 years of experience as systems engineer. The candidate should have knowledge on systems requirements and analyse systems performance. Good knowledge on following standards and process – ARP4754, ARP-4761, DO-178B, DO-254, ARINC 653.

$ Engineer / Senior Engineer / Tech Lead – Stress Analysis:
B.E / Masters -Mechanical / Aerospace with 2 to 10 years of strong structural analysis background using Classical Approach (Hand Calculation) and / or FEA using PATRAN, HYPERMESH & NASTRAN, Experience in metallics and exposure to composites structures. Experience with airframe structures is preferable. Tech Lead candidates need to have experience in project and team management.

$ Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Software Verification:
BE / ME in Electronics / Computer Science with 1 to 6 years of experience in Requirement Based Testing per D0178B level A or B guidelines. Possess good understanding of SDLC. Has exposure to tools such as LDRA, Code composer, configuration management tools and Deos RTOS.

$ Sr. Engineer – Software Development:
BE / ME in Electronics / Computer Science with 3 to 6 years of experience in developing applications on Linux Desktop and Embedded versions using C / C++, QT, Mono Frameworks involving touch screen interface. Possess good understanding of internals of Linux.

$ Engineer / Technical Lead – Software Development:
BE / ME in Electronics / Computer Science with 1 to 9 years of experience in developing architectures and applications on Microsoft Windows (including Windows XP, Windows 7 Embedded Standard, Ultimate, Professional, and Windows 8) environments using C#, VB.Net involving touch screen interface. Possess good understanding of internals of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft. Net Framework.

$ Project Manager / Project Lead:
BE in Electronics or Computers & PMP certified with 8 to 15 years of overall experience with atleast 5 years in managing large projects. Proficient in MS Project Professional, lead aerospace product design projects, product qualification experience. Six Sigma / ACE / Continuous Improvement experience. MBA is added qualification.

Sales and Program Manager:
Our Sensors and Integrated Systems Division is looking for a dynamic Sales and Program Manager to support the attainment of Business Development & Strategic Account Management. The product portfolio of this division encompasses Hoist Systems, Terprom, HUMS, Air data including military Digital Terrain Systems and Inertial Sensors.

The candidate must possess:
* Degree in aeronautical / electronics engineering preferably with additional business education and a minimum of 10 years business development experience.
* Demonstrated track record of developing profitable business relationships and selling high-tech product solutions into the defense and aerospace sectors.

• Maintain in depth Interface with the customer, the Business Development team and the Value Streams regarding progress, status and strategies.
• Proven track record in coordinating / Supporting the sales activities, new business capture and proposal work with the assigned team members according to company standard business processes including search, identify and report on new/existing business opportunities and market trends.
• Identify competition’s discriminators as well as their market strategies, technically and financially.
• Provide regular sales forecast and support the order & booking process as well as contract administration for assigned market segments and territory.
• Deliver sound inputs for the sales plan development; pricing and business strategies.
• Investigate in technology related business extension into adjacent markets.
• Candidates who are familiar with procurement procedures In the Armed Forces, Defence Laboratories and Defence PSUs are preferred.
