We are seeking a dynamic HR professional with ability to understand overarching human capital needs of the organization. As the HR team leader, incumbent not only should be great practitioner of transactional HR, but should also have
ability to transcend the strategic HR. Understanding of HR dynamics in a knowledge based organization is highly desirable.

DIRECTOR – RESEARCH
This leadership position requires exceptional techno – commercial acumen. The incumbent will work closely with Heads of Research Centers and faculty to obtain research funding and subsequently monitor the execution of high quality research. The incumbent must have a great track record of high quality research and publications.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
This leadership position entails financial management and control function spanning the management of accounts, MIS, internal / external audit, tax and regulatory compliances. The incumbent should also have demonstrated ability to raise funding from various financial institutes and treasury management.

CAMPUS DIRECTOR
This position requires a leader to manage campus wide operations of a University, including coordination of various constituent colleges / schools / centers and their activities. Management of academic administration and related activities should be a demonstrated forte. The Incumbent should also have outstanding ability to work with diverse faculty teams to achieve the defined standards of academic rigor.

Desired Profile
