TVS Educational Society promoted by the TVS Group of Companies, requires a Junior School Head, Montessori School Head and Teachers for its School in Hosur for immediate appointment.

Junior School Head
The Candidate

1. should be a Post Graduate in any of the Arts, Humanities or Sciences;
2. should have 10-15 years’ experience as a senior teacher in the middle school or as a Junior School Head;
3. must be able to teach Sciences / Social Science / Math and English at this level;
4. must be able to develop innovative teaching and learning material at the Junior School level for Social Sciences and Language;
5. must be familiar with current pedagogical concepts and trends;
6. must be able to train teachers in the current teaching and learning strategies and methods;
7. must take initiative to motivate students and leaders through innovative strategies that inspire self-directed learning.

Montessori School Head
The Candidate

1. must be trained in Montessori method of teaching and learning;
2. must have worked in a reputed school for 5-10 years;
3. must have a passion to work with children of that age;
4. must have used Montessori principles in innovative ways of learning;
5. must be capable of demonstrating and training teachers in Montessori ways of learning.

Taachers – Science/Social
Science / Math / English The Candidate

1. should be a Graduate or Post Graduate with B.Ed, in relevant subjects with First Class;
2. should have 5-10 years experience in Teaching;
3. should have passion for teaching and the subject, with affection for children;
4. must take initiative to motivate students through innovative strategies that inspire self directed learning.
