# Position 1: DPM / Sr. Engineers – Civil & MEP – 14
Engineers having minimum of 6 years of experience in the field of residential/commercial projects preferably multistorey building. Qualification: B.Tech in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

# Position 2: General Manager (Facilities) – 1
He should possess an extra ordinary leadership quality and problem solving skill and have worked in similar capacities. He shall have interpersonal skill to develop personal rapport with the inhabitants of the Group Housing Colony and good command over English and Hindi. Age Limit Approx. 55
Qualification: Engineering Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil

# Position 3: Estate Managers – 2
He should have sufficient experience in similar position and maintenance of a group housing society. Shall possess good administrative and problem solving skill He shall have interpersonal skill to develop personal rapport with the inhabitants of the Group Housing Colony and good command over English and Hindi. Age Limit 52 Qualification: Engineering Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil

Three year diploma holders shall also be considered for the positions above depending on their theoretical and practical knowledge.
