The Offer
Our program has a comprehensive 60 day classroom and shop floor training curriculum. Based on the performance during the program, candidates will be placed in different Businesses / Functions at an annual remuneration of INR 6 lakhs plus performance linked incentives.

Presently we are in the midst of a large scale expansion program with USD 1 Billion capital outlay in Spinning, Sheeting, Towel and Power Co-Generation in Budni (Madhya Pradesh). The Terry Towelling and Sheeting facilities comprise 300 and 500 Airjet Looms respectively.

SENIOR LEADERSHIP POSITIONS
Chief People Officer
MBA in Human Resource/ Industrial Relations or MSW with rich experience in Strategic Talent Management, Control & Liaisoning, Employee Relationship & Public Relations and Industrial Psychology. You shall be responsible for devising Acquisition, Engagement, Development & Retention Strategies across all levels.

Chief Projects Officer (Engineering & Design)
An Electrical/Mechanical Engineer with experience in Designing, Planning, Scheduling, Tendering, Erection and Commissioning, Ramp up, Material & Manpower Management. You shall be responsible for designing, planning and executing all the Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation as well as Utilities requirement for the capital expansions.

Chief Projects Officer (Civil, Structure & Design)
A Civil Engineer with experience in Designing, Planning, Scheduling, Erection and Commissioning of Projects, Ensuring Quality & Trident Group is an equal opportunity employer Trident Limited, E-212, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana -141001 Safety at worksite, Material & Manpower Management. You shall be responsible for designing, planning and executing all the civil, structure and design requirements for the capital expansions as well as upkeep and maintenance of our existing civil assets.

Head of Power Co-generation (Operations & Maintenance)
A Power/Electrical Engineer with experience in Operating, Maintaining, Improving and Stabilizing similar setup using TPM. You shall be looking after the 2×30 MW (60 MW) Steam Turbines and 2×30 MT and 2×165 MT (390 MT) coal-fired Boilers to be set up at Budni (Madhya Pradesh) to cater to the Co-generation needs of our manufacturing facilities.

Chief Manufacturing Officer (Paper, Pulp & Recovery)
An Engineer with experience in Pulp Mill, Paper Machine, Chemical Recovery and Finishing House. You shall be entrusted with assets worth more than USD 20 Million, as we are one of the top 10 copier manufacturers in India and with the state-of-the-art technology, our Integrated Paper manufacturing facility is one of the largest Wheat Straw based installations in the world.

Chief Legal Officer
LLM/LLB with diverse experience in handling Corporate Legal Functions. You shall be responsible for the Group’s Legal Compliance, Risk Review, Litigation & Arbitration, Providing Legal Advise, Contracts & Legal Documentation and Managing Intellectual Property Rights.

Chief Marketing Officer MBA in Marketing/International Business with rich experience of direct dealing with Retailers, building businesses in Emerging Markets, Branding Initiatives in both Domestic and International Markets.

SENIOR POSITIONS IN TOWEL AND SHEETING
Weaving
Textile Technologists with hands-on experience in Operations & Maintenance of large weaving factories (preferably cotton yarn based). Our combined weaving capacity for Home Textile Products is of 1175 Airjet Looms (675 looms for Terry Fabric and 500 looms for Sheeting fabric).

Process House
Textile Chemistry Technologists with hands-on experience of operation & maintenance, both on exhaust dyeing & continuous dyeing, and a successful track record of RFT, Cost control and overall Process House management with capacities ranging between 30 MT and 135 MT/day. Our Process Houses comprise most modern Thies Yarn & Fabric dyeing (Towelling & Sheeting) machines, Benninger Continuous Bleach, Pad Steam & Cold Pad Batch Dyeing machine along with world-class drying ranges capable of processing 300 MT fabric per day.

Cut Stitch Pack
Stitching/Garment Technologists with hands-on experience in Modern Cut Stitch Pack and Automatic folding / Packing technology and conversant with latest automation techniques for production of 300 MT (Towelling facilities with capacity of 30 MT to 135 MT/day and Sheeting facility with capacity of 45 MT-11000 Mtrs/day).

Chief Engineer (Mechanical)
Mechanical Engineer with relevant experience in Integrated Manufacturing Environment. You will lead the Mechanical Engineering team, and be responsible for all mechanical utilities like Air Conditioning, Humidification Plants, Air Compressors, Water Treatment, Effluent Treatment & Water Recovery Plants, Mechanical Workshops, Mechanical Maintenance (Preventive as well as Corrective), upkeep of the Mechanical Assets and Zero Downtime due to mechanical failure.

Chief Engineer (Electrical)
Electrical Engineer with relevant experience in Integrated Manufacturing Environment, who shall lead the Electrical Engineering team, and shall be responsible for Electrical Sub Station and Distribution Management, Electrical maintenance (Preventive as well as Corrective) of all Home Textile manufacturing areas, Electrical Utilities, upkeep of the Electrical Assets and Zero Downtime due to electrical failure.

Chief of Maintenance
An Electrical/Mechanical Engineer with exposure to world-class and latest machinery in the area of Textile Technology (Weaving, Processing, Cut/Stitch/Pack). You shall lead a team of maintenance engineers and shall be responsible for the overall maintenance function of the Plant including its upkeep for Zero Down time, Predictive, Preventive & Corrective Maintenance & Asset Care.

Chief of Effluent Treatment Plant & Water Recovery Plant
Applicants with relevant education seeking a leadership role and having comprehensive knowledge of Water Management, Conservation & Sustainability for world-class Effluent Treatment Plant based an Activated Sludge (Bio Oxidation) & MBR Technology along with RO system based Water Recovery Plant. You shall lead the team for running a Zero Discharge based ETP / RO Plant at either of the locations of the company. Both Plants have approximately 10000 KL capacities,

Prerequisites for all applications

• Brilliant Academic Background (B.E/B.Tech/MBA in Relevant Stream) from Premier Educational Institutions
• Relevant Experience (10-15 years with the exception of Chief ETP where a candidate having minimum 5 years experience may also apply) from organizations of international repute
